I could not have had better customer service from air Moto. My first unit lasted about nine or 10 months well beyond the warranty and it started acting up where you couldn’t use the buttons. It was very iffy. I contacted air Moto thinking maybe I could send it back for repair which I would pay for they asked me to send a video of the operation which I did in a day later they said we’re going to send me a brand new one and to keep the old one. I was just like wow how does that ever happen in this day and age ? A company that Does this kind of customer service? I would recommend anybody if you’re looking for an air pump for your motorcycle ATV Can-Am three wheeler or airplane tires this is the one! There’s lots of different settings and the thing is unique. It works like a charm. I recommend two thumbs up air Moto.
You need to be smarter than the tools you work with and lucky for me that Airmoto was easy to use and the air pressure is very accurate...

I've used an Airmoto inflator for a couple years now and use it regularly as someone with 3 motorcycles and 4 bicycles whose tyre pressures are checked before every ride.
Convenient, quick and effective and small enough to carry with me on every ride.
Tremendous customer service. After years of heavy use, I had an issue I had narrowed down to a faulty (aged) o-ring. I contacted customer service to see if they sold these separately (as it was out of warranty) and was amazed to get an almost immediate email response. They attempted to diagnose the issue with me, asking to see a video of the unit in action.
Again, all responses were within minutes.
Eventually, they granted me a "one-time warranty waiver" and sent me an entire brand new unit! They certainly went above and beyond and earned a customer for life.
Low profile high speed tires seem to need extra attention. Regularly needing to add between 5-15 psi of pressure after longer rides. Easy at home safely in my warm garage at a time if my convenience.
I really like this little inflator. When I went to charge it, the cigarette adapter came apart (see photo), but customer service was outstanding. Arianne immediately sent a replacement charging kit, and the new adapter is noticeably better quality. Everything works perfectly now.
A great example of exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this product for both its performance and the support behind it.
I've had this 2 1/2 years with moderate service. I do long trail rides far into places like Alapatta flats in Palm City Florida. It has save me from a long push out more than once. Now however it's slowing down. To just buy another is not an option, this was a gift and I was really here just to see if there was a way to service it. Maybe change an O ring. I see by design it appears you've made it unserviceable by the average citizen. That's the only reason I didn't give you 5 stars only 4.
Great portable product to use, especially when it’s cold weather. You do not have to go out to gas stations and rely on unreliable machines. Even though I do not have a garage I can do it right outside my home knowing that it is fully charged every time I use it.
This is the dumbest sales pitch I've seen all week. I saw this product for sale retail for less than half of what you clowns are trying to sell it for.
Why I like this product and have purchased 4 of them is because I have realized when something is so well manufactured and so easy to use as this device is, it reduces lots of stress. I live in NJ and it is January and so it is cold and snowy. I have three vehicles: an Acura RSX from 2005, a 2022 RAM 1500, and a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid. My wife primarily uses the Cr-V and I use the other two depending on my needs. Well the two newer vehicles have the new technology that tells you when the tire pressures are out of whack and I have been dealing with the cold and what I realize is a slow leak from day number 1 in the 2026 new vehicle. Bottom line is before getting this Airmoto I would have been going nuts. But the simple efficiency makes it kind of enjoyable trying to figure where the problems lie. I don’t feel stressed dealing with all this. What impresses me is how long the charge lasts right out of the box. Originally showing yellow I got a good 1-1/2 hours of use before having to charge. Plus the best part for me is how little air (practically nonę) is lost when you unscrew the threaded connector from the tire valve. My advice is to have 2, for your own use. Charge them up until they glow steady green. Keep them handy in the car and if you find you have to add alot of air you won’t worry about running out of juice. As I said I have bought 4. Gave one to each of my daughters and hope they get the message and buy additional for my grandkids. Takes alot of worry off of my 75 year old shoulders. Buy it! It’s worth the money. One further note don’t panic if you reach the desired pressure and it does not immediately stop. Believe me your tire won’t explode. The Airmoto stays on as the tire pressure reaches equilibrium: meaning you might experience it going back and forth between 0.5 and 0.0. It does turn off by itself when the pressure is at the maximum of the displayed pressure. So note the display is not necessarily reached until it stops.
Your product has changed everything. I was preparing to buy an air compressor when I saw an advertisement for your product. The Airmoto saves time and convenience. I live in an area where when the seasons change, my tire pressure needs adjusting. Having the Airmoto means no more trips to gas stations where the air may or may not work. Thank you.
Excellent. Very useful and handy tool In cold weather and Psi fluctuations. I actually show people the product when I see them struggling at the air pumps..
Brought for my kids and grandkids that drive, as I don't want them stranded out in this crazy world with a flat. They all said what a good gift it was. Something useful in a stressful situation. Gets a 5 from me
I got 4 air motos for my family , and they loved them , so sleek and compacted ? You can store them in your car , truck elec. and they work amazingly . No hunting for a place that has air either !! Very satisfying less worry .
I was delighted with my one at home, but I never thought to test it with a mechanical pressure gauge to make sure that it wasn’t faulty So when I went to Dennis‘s whom I had gifted With one we tested it and it was 10 pounds too high! So it worksgreat pumping up, but you cannot rely on the dial. I would revise my information if you could send me one that actually read accurately. My number is 928-2618609. Thank you so much.
