I ordered five of your pumps. Somehow, by mistake I ordered charging kits that I did not need and the the extra attachment kit by mistake or I thought I needed one to go with the pumps. Either way I have been trying to get authorization to return these ever since I receive them. No one answers the phone. No one calls me back I sent in a request by email. I got a text back that you received it and would follow up with instructions and you have not. So as far as I am concerned, your customer service is absolutely horrendous.
It doesn't take long to charge and it doesn't take long to fill the tire I love it
Good quality as the ones I first got. Misplaced the shrader and needle valve somewhere in my garage but I don’t want to just get any from a store.

I bought this together with Airmoto just to have extras in case I lose those little valves somewhere in the future.
I only needed to replace the inflator stem. It failed on my air moto unit.

I've used my airmoto several times to pump up vehicle tires when the low air pressure light came on. It works like a charm. Very easy to use - makes me feel very safe knowing I have it & can use it when needed. It gives me an extra feeling of safety when I travel, particularly if I'm traveling alone.

I lost the hose so ordered the kit.
I’ve got it all together now, but it took a while when I first got the kit. It was ice cold in the garage so I didn’t touch it when I got warm enough to try it out. The hose was leaking at the trade valve and I talked to some very nice lady at your place and got a new one sent now it works fine now I’ve used it on the truck and the motorcycle. The motorcycle is a problem cause I can’t reach that the Schrader valve without practically laying down on the floor but anyway it’s all working and I got some of those little color indicator valve covers and they work very nicely and I’m quite pleased with a whole outfit. Thank you very much.
Would like better if the hose were longer. Where a valve is can determine where the Airmoto is and as such I had problems with the valve at the top of the wheel and a place where I could situate the pump. In one case I had to hold the pump off the ground to get the pump to reach the valve.

Number one I should not have even had to replace the one that someone ran over and did not fess up to it. No wonder it didn’t fit the stem. The stem was round and my unit was oval because somebody ran over it and bent it. I’m just glad I could get replacements. Thank you!
